About the Role:

As part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will be instrumental in driving the agency’s growth, setting high standards for campaign excellence, and strengthening client relationships. You will help develop and implement long-term strategies to ensure profitability, client satisfaction, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Strategy: Lead new business initiatives, identify high-value opportunities, and secure new clients in line with Riot’s vision.

Campaign Leadership: Oversee the strategy, creative direction, and execution of standout PR campaigns, ensuring they deliver impact and measurable results for our clients.

Client Relationships: Act as a trusted senior advisor, providing high-level strategic counsel and ensuring client success.

Team Development: Mentor and inspire senior campaign managers, fostering career growth, well-being, and a positive agency culture.

Agency Visibility: Represent Riot at industry events, build media and influencer relationships, and help position us as thought leaders.

What We’re Looking For:

Senior management experience in PR, preferably in arts, publishing, culture, or entertainment.

A strategic, commercially savvy mindset with strong business acumen.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.

Expertise in media relations, crisis communications, and campaign management.

Outstanding communication skills—a creative thinker, persuasive writer, and confident presenter.
