We are looking for someone who answers an emphatic yes to the above questions to join our collaborative and hugely ambitious team.
What you’ll be doing ….
Your role will support the Creative and Client Partnership Teams in the following areas:
- Identifying and leveraging consumer insights
- Devising strategic ways in to tackle a client or new business brief
- Working with PR & social teams to develop compelling creative strategies
- Generating concepts, platforms, branding and campaign ideas, and ensuring creative answers the brief and remains on strategy
- Drafting decks and presenting ideas to clients, with a keen eye for deck design
- Leading brainstorms with a selection of techniques up your sleeve
- Briefing our designers and Studio team on visual assets required to bring ideas to life
- Evaluating and measuring campaign success
What we need from you….
You must know your way around a consumer insight, understand market research methods and how to analyse consumer data, as well as be able to lead brainstorms, come up with good ideas (or know a good idea when you see one) in response to client briefs.
You will be passionate about consumer brands and all forms of popular culture, help us deliver to our clients’ extremely high standards.
Your portfolio will have examples of these skills in evidence. You will equally be confident and assured in presenting your work verbally, in writing or visually to a range of audiences, informal and formal.
Skills and experience required:
- 4 years’ experience ideally some of which should be spent in an agency environment
- A track record of showing your creativity through ideas, results and recommendations
- Confidence and enthusiasm for story-telling and presentations to both internal team members and external clients
- Past experience within a creative strategy role is advantageous but not mandatory
